What Zoom is

Zoom needs no introduction. What costs recruiters time is not the call — it is creating the meeting, pasting the link into two emails, and doing it again when the round moves.

Why it matters

Scheduling errors are disproportionately expensive: a candidate who cannot join on time is a candidate the client remembers for the wrong reason. Generating the link from the schedule removes the step where it goes wrong.

Can different recruiters use their own Zoom accounts?

The integration authorises against your organisation's Zoom account. The scheduler sets who hosts, and the invite goes out with that host's meeting.

What if we use Teams or Google Meet for some clients?

All three are supported. The meeting provider is chosen when the interview is scheduled, so you can match whatever the client uses.
