Why it matters

Are signed documents stored in SG Connect or in SignNow?

Both. The executed copy is filed against the consultant or applicant record in SG Connect, so your team works from one place, and SignNow retains its own record for audit purposes.

Can we use our own document templates?

Yes. Onboarding templates and checklists are reusable in SG Connect, and your signature templates attach to the steps where they belong.
